  1. Thanks for re-blogging a couple of my articles. I have added the link to the most recent Dementia Language Guidelines, as the use of the term ‘sufferer’ is offensive to many of us, in the same way retarded is to people with other disabilities. Of course, we do suffer some of the time, but we are not necessarily ‘sufferers’.
